I have used Dance eJay before a few years back and wondered what Hip Hop eJay would be like. I ordered it & it arrived a day or 2 later. But.. it dont work with Windows 7 so beware. No where does it say what the system requirements should be on this website. Maybe after I have posted this they may change that. Anyway. I installed it on an old XP pc and connected my Altec surround sound speaker system up and hell is this software good.

The only downside I'd warn about is that Photoshop hasn't got Organiser as in Photoshop Elements. this seller was a bit cheaper but all the downloading was done online. The games are of varying difficulty and he does need help with some of them but his mouse skills are improving by the day. The games are fun and not too obviously educational. My 3 year old son is a huge fan of Bob the Builder and he absolutely loves this CD. The games are of varying difficulty and he does need help with some of them but his mouse skills are improving by the day. The games are fun and not too obviously educational. The only problem I have with this CD is getting him off the computer!

These seemed to be much cheaper than the Terratec G3 and seemed to be smaller unbranded cheap looking devices the like of which you can see advertised in the Sunday supplements. So after much research I decided to buy the Terratec G3 since it was reassuringly expensive (compared with similar devices) and Terratec is a big brand that produce lots of seemingly high quality audio and video devices.<br/><br/>Thankfully I made the right choice and it seems you do get what you pay for. I'm really pleased with the G3. The unit comes boxed in a really cool looking aluminium tin which immediately gave a quality feel to the product. It was very easy to set-up and install and I can confirm that it works fine on Windows 7 64bit edition. It has done a superb job of transferring our old VHS cassettes to DVD using the bundled software - `Magix movies on DVD 7'. Capturing the video is a breeze and the editing process is very easy with the usual timeline and scene views. When you're done editing you can then move to the DVD authoring screen which gives you the option of creating customised DVD titles and menus etc. The video capture files are stored as .mpg video files on your computer so, in addition to the producing the DVD's, you can edit the video files using other video editing software and convert them or upload them to youtube etc.<br/><br/>The only criticism I have is with the bundled software `Magix movies on DVD 7' and it as big criticism hence why I only gave it four stars instead of five. The chapters on your DVD are designated automatically from the scenes on the project timeline. So, where you want a new DVD chapter to begin you make a cut on the timeline to cut one scene into two. All very straightforward. However, there is no way to merge clips on the timeline. So once you have made a cut on the timeline that's it, there's no way to re-merge the clips. Therefore, if you're not careful you can end up with `orphan' DVD chapters if you accidentally make a cut in the wrong place. This is REALLY frustrating and despite endless hours searching and asking questions on the Magix user forums I could not find an answer to the problem. A very good piece of kit but let down slightly by the bundled software, 9 April 2010

I bought one of these to transfer our old VHS home videos to PC and ultimately to DVD disc.

I had read many bad reviews of other similar USB video capture devices. These seemed to be much cheaper than the Terratec G3 and seemed to be smaller unbranded cheap looking devices the like of which you can see advertised in the Sunday supplements. So after much research I decided to buy the Terratec G3 since it was reassuringly expensive (compared with similar devices) and Terratec is a big brand that produce lots of seemingly high quality audio and video devices.

Thankfully I made the right choice and it seems you do get what you pay for. I’m really pleased with the G3. The unit comes boxed in a really cool looking aluminium tin which immediately gave a quality feel to the product. It was very easy to set-up and install and I can confirm that it works fine on Windows 7 64bit edition. It has done a superb job of transferring our old VHS cassettes to DVD using the bundled software – `Magix movies on DVD 7′. Capturing the video is a breeze and the editing process is very easy with the usual timeline and scene views. When you’re done editing you can then move to the DVD authoring screen which gives you the option of creating customised DVD titles and menus etc. The video capture files are stored as .mpg video files on your computer so, in addition to the producing the DVD’s, you can edit the video files using other video editing software and convert them or upload them to youtube etc.

The only criticism I have is with the bundled software `Magix movies on DVD 7′ and it as big criticism hence why I only gave it four stars instead of five. The chapters on your DVD are designated automatically from the scenes on the project timeline. So, where you want a new DVD chapter to begin you make a cut on the timeline to cut one scene into two. All very straightforward. However, there is no way to merge clips on the timeline. So once you have made a cut on the timeline that’s it, there’s no way to re-merge the clips. Therefore, if you’re not careful you can end up with `orphan’ DVD chapters if you accidentally make a cut in the wrong place. This is REALLY frustrating and despite endless hours searching and asking questions on the Magix user forums I could not find an answer to the problem. It would seem that it’s just an oversight or a flaw in the software which is a real shame because otherwise it’s fairly intuitive and well designed software.

Having used numerous security systems over the years, this is the best one yet.
I found that bullguard didn’t slow my computer has have other systems. I am well pleased with the product and the very reasonable price that covers 3 computers.
